For the Client
Client receive personal care, supervision, assistance with activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, dressing and mobility.
Client receive assistance with the instrumental activities of daily living, such as transportation, shopping, and meal preparation.
Care management by a Registered Nurse that visits regularly
The agency provides the caregiver with orientation, education, training, and on-going support.
The agency maintains that caregiver is meeting the health and safety needs of the participant.
Client also benefit by living in a family home with care being provided by someone with whom they are comfortable and familiar.
For the Caregiver
We provide a tax-free stipend to the caregiver which depends on the Level of Care determined by the care manager.
In the case of family members, caregivers are paid for work that they would have likely provided for free.
Payment is made biweekly and can be by direct deposit for convenience.
Respite coverage for the caregiver.
Two weeks of paid time off per year.
